Space Size: Comfortably fits a maximum of 22 people sitting or about 15 people laying on mats.
Please note the studio is 18 steps up from driveway and is not ADA accessible.

• High ceilings and big openable windows to mountain and hillside views on all four sides

• Landscaped patios, pathways and trails around the property

• Designated parking space for 11 cars, with street parking for another 4-5 cars

Pricing & Booking

$50/hr for 2+ attendees · special $35/hr for 1:1 client sessions

Reservations can be made in one-hour increments with a two-hour minimum.
A 50% deposit is due upon reservation and the remainder is due by the start of the event.

Cancellation Policy: For standard bookings, deposits are fully refundable if canceled more than 2 weeks before the booking date. For larger or multi-day reservations, extended cancellation windows may apply. If a cancellation occurs within the applicable cancellation window, the deposit will be applied toward a rescheduled booking within 6 months.

Multi-Day Bookings: Consecutive multi-day reservations may qualify for package pricing when the studio is returned to rentable condition at the end of each day. Reservations requiring exclusive overnight access or setup preservation are billed at the standard hourly rate.

Bookings for groups 3+ hours include a complimentary 15 min pre- and post-event grace period for setup/takedown.
