Finally the north side landscaping is coming together with walkways, trees and plants! An added inviting and accessible experience for attendees of studio events.

Summer blooms in full swing! First season for the new plants and flowers, third season for deer friends 🦌

I found and first visited this then-vacant land 6 years ago today!

This winter’s landscape project has been building out the north side of the rentable studio events space. First manufacturing and installing the steel bridge, then backfilling the hill side, then building a stone retaining wall, cutting and lay

My second Fall season the haus, enjoying the crisp air, blue skies, brown hills and fading colors. The best time of year to walk the paths here ✨

Finally got the front walkways full of plants and connected to water lines! We’ve been enjoying the wildlife it brings - honey and bumble bees, hummingbirds, bigger birds, one squirrel, hungry deer :) Swipe to see it when I first moved in 👉🏻

My upper path is finally complete, just in time for the emerging green of Spring! A winter project, the upper path now leads from the top floor out along the hillside to a special outdoor hot tub area where it then hooks into the hiking trails I&rsqu

Haven’t posted in a while but here are some interior upgrades done over the winter: black walls and wood paneling, making the space feel more dynamic and cozy! Thanks Eli @boulderpaintworks!
